1. Are your products safe to use?
Yes. All our products are made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, and non-porous surfaces. We only source from reputable manufacturers.
2. Do you ship discreetly?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our store name on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
3. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3β7 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
5. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our 5-Year Warranty for details.
6. How do I clean my toy?
Use warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Avoid boiling or using harsh chemicals unless the product specifically states it is safe to do so.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant. We do not store any credit card details on our servers.
9. What if my product stops working?
